In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

- Operating System support, upgrade and configuration.
- Configuration of network drives.
- Configuration of network server.
- Extend and manage disk drives.
- etc.
- Configuration of hardware devices (eg routers)
- Support of third-party applications.
| Actions that have an extra cost: - Application migration to another server.
- Backup restoring.
- Support for development of web services, plugins, scripts or integration with third-party applications.
- Development of new features.
- Problems caused by third-party applications that have negative consequences in OpenKM.
- Problems derived from changes to the server that has negative consequences in OpenKM.
